to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
1. Age Requirements and Identification
Minimum Age: All guests must be at least 21 years of age to enter Oasis Palm. This
policy is strictly enforced without exception.
- Valid government-issued photo identification is required for entry (passport, national ID, or
driver's license).
- Expired identification will not be accepted under any circumstances.
- Management reserves the right to refuse entry to anyone unable to provide valid ID.
- Individuals attempting to use false identification will be denied entry and may be reported to
authorities.
2. Dress Code Policy
Oasis Palm maintains a smart casual dress code to ensure an upscale and
sophisticated atmosphere.
Acceptable Attire:
- Smart casual or elegant attire
- Dress shirts, blouses, and designer tops
- Tailored trousers, chinos, and dress pants
- Cocktail dresses and evening wear
- Dress shoes and stylish footwear
Not Permitted:
- Beachwear, swimwear, or cover-ups
- Sportswear, athletic wear, or gym clothing
- Flip-flops, sandals, or open-toed shoes for men
- Torn, ripped, or excessively casual clothing
- Oversized or baggy clothing
- Baseball caps or hats (unless part of religious attire)
Management's Discretion: Our staff reserves the right to refuse entry to anyone
deemed inappropriately dressed, regardless of reservation status.
3. Reservations and Bookings
Table Reservations:
- Reservations can be made up to 30 days in advance.
- A valid credit card is required to secure all reservations.
- Minimum spend requirements apply to all table reservations (Regular: $200, VIP: $500, Ultra VIP:
$1,000).
- Reservations are held for 30 minutes after the booking time. Late arrivals may result in table
reassignment.
- Groups larger than 10 people require special arrangements through our events team.
4. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellations:
- Free Cancellation: Reservations can be cancelled free of charge up to 48 hours
before the event.
- 24-48 Hours Notice: Cancellations made between 24-48 hours before the event are
subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
- Less than 24 Hours: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the event are
subject to a 100% cancellation fee.
- No-Shows: Failure to show up for a reservation will result in a full charge of
the minimum spend.
Refunds:
- Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days.
- In cases of venue cancellation or closure, full refunds will be issued.
- Weather-related cancellations are subject to management's discretion and may result in
rescheduling rather than refunds.
5. Payment Terms
- All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated.
- Minimum spend requirements must be met through food and beverage purchases.
- A service charge of 10% will be added to all bills.
- Credit cards, debit cards, and cash are accepted (no checks).
- Tips and gratuities are at the discretion of the guest.
- We do not accept personal checks or cryptocurrency at this time.
6. Code of Conduct and Behavior
To maintain a safe and enjoyable environment for all guests, the following behaviors are strictly
prohibited:
- Disorderly conduct, aggressive behavior, or violence of any kind
- Harassment, discrimination, or offensive language toward staff or other guests
- Excessive intoxication or drug use
- Smoking in non-designated areas (vaping included)
- Photography or videography without permission in restricted areas
- Damage to property, furniture, or equipment
Right to Remove: Management reserves the right to remove any guest exhibiting
inappropriate behavior without refund.
7. Liability and Disclaimers
Personal Belongings: Oasis Palm is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged
personal belongings. Guests are advised to keep valuables secure at all times.
Health and Safety:
- Guests attend events at their own risk.
- The venue is a maritime facility; guests should exercise caution near water and railings.
- Guests with medical conditions should inform staff upon arrival.
- Oasis Palm is not liable for injuries resulting from intoxication, negligence, or failure to
follow safety instructions.
Force Majeure: We are not liable for failure to perform obligations due to
circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government
actions, or maritime emergencies.
8. Photography and Media
By entering Oasis Palm, guests consent to being photographed or recorded for promotional purposes.
Images and videos may be used on our website, social media, and marketing materials. If you do not
wish to be photographed, please inform our staff upon entry.
9. Right of Admission
Management reserves the right to refuse entry or service to any individual for any reason, including
but not limited to:
- Failure to meet age or ID requirements
- Dress code violations
- Intoxication or suspected drug use
- Previous misconduct at our venue
- Safety or security concerns
10. Changes to Terms
Oasis Palm reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted
on our website with an updated "Last Modified" date. Continued use of our services after changes
constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising
from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
